
Outbound Sales Development Representative – DACH, German Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Engage with and qualify outbound leads and inquiries.
• Identify new sales prospects and reach out to schedule appointments for Account Executives.
• Effectively communicate Remote's value propositions to potential clients while understanding their needs to assess compatibility.
• Provide assistance to the Account Executive team as necessary.
• Take responsibility for educating and nurturing prospects until they are ready for a hand-off to the sales teams.
• Develop target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
• Conduct cold calls to prospects sourced from various external channels.
• Identify key decision-makers, research and gather business requirements, and present solutions to initiate the sales cycle.
• Proven track record in business development through effective utilization of core sales tools (familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo is advantageous).
• Strong experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS technology company.
• Skilled negotiator with the ability to persuasively promote and sell ideas.
• Outstanding communication abilities, both verbal and written, along with excellent listening skills and an energetic phone presence.
• Capable of strategic and tactical thinking, maintaining a positive demeanor amidst criticism, rejection, or setbacks.
• Exhibits a strong sense of urgency in achieving goals and key deliverables. A self-starter, proactive, and contributes innovative ideas to the team.
• Highly self-motivated with a committed work ethic.
• Proven success in the responsibilities outlined above.
• Fluent in both English and German, both written and spoken.
• Experience working remotely is not mandatory but is considered a plus.
