Outbound Sales Development Representative – DACH, German Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Engage with and qualify outbound leads and inquiries.

• Identify new sales opportunities and reach out to schedule appointments for Account Executives.

• Effectively communicate Remote's value propositions to prospects while understanding their needs to assess compatibility.

• Provide assistance to the Account Executive team as required.

• Take responsibility for educating and nurturing prospects until transitioning them to the sales teams.

• Develop target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.

• Conduct cold calls to prospects generated from various external sources.

• Identify key stakeholders, research and gather business requirements, and present solutions to initiate the sales cycle.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven track record in business development utilizing essential sales tools (Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo is advantageous).

• Solid experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS technology company.

• Skilled negotiator with the ability to persuasively promote and sell ideas.

• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, along with excellent listening abilities and a vibrant phone presence.

• Capable of strategic and tactical thinking, while maintaining a positive demeanor in challenging situations such as criticism, rejection, or failure.

• Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency in achieving goals and key deliverables. Self-starter who is proactive and contributes innovative ideas to the team.

• Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

• Proven success in the responsibilities outlined above.

• Fluent in both English and German, both written and spoken.

• Experience working remotely is not mandatory but is considered a plus.
