Outbound Sales Development Representative, DACH, German Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Engage with, respond to, and qualify outbound leads and inquiries.

• Identify new sales prospects and reach out to them to schedule appointments for Account Executives.

• Effectively convey Remote's value propositions to prospects while understanding their needs to assess compatibility.

• Provide support to the Account Executive team as necessary.

• Take responsibility for educating and developing prospects, leading to a seamless hand-off to sales teams.

• Generate target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.

• Cold call prospects sourced from various external channels.

• Identify key stakeholders, research and gather business requirements, and present solutions to initiate the sales cycle.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven success in business development through the effective use of essential sales tools (Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo is advantageous).

• Relevant experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS technology company.

• Proficient in negotiation, with the ability to promote and sell ideas persuasively.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, combined with strong listening abilities and a positive, energetic phone demeanor.

• Capable of strategic and tactical thinking, maintaining a positive attitude despite criticism, rejection, or setbacks.

• Exhibits a strong sense of urgency in achieving goals and key deliverables. Self-starter who is proactive and contributes innovative ideas to the team.

• Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

• Demonstrated success in the areas outlined in key responsibilities.

• Fluent in both English and German, in both written and spoken forms.

• While prior remote work experience is not mandatory, it is considered a plus.
