
Outbound Sales Development Representative – B2B

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Conducting 150 outbound cold calls each day to U.S. businesses
• Achieving a target of 10 Sales Accepted Meetings monthly
• Engaging in multi-touch outreach through calls, LinkedIn, and email
• Addressing real objections rather than simply following a script
• Qualifying leads using ICP, BANT/PAINT, and MEDDIC methodologies
• Collaborating closely with Account Executives for seamless handoffs
• Recording detailed notes in the CRM system
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an SDR or BDR in B2B campaigns
• Demonstrated success in scheduling meetings for U.S.-based B2B companies
• Experience selling to SMB or Mid-Market U.S. accounts
• Strong background in outbound cold calling (not just handling warm leads)
• Proficiency in discussing ROI, marketing, growth, or technology solutions
• Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Justcall is a plus
