This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Collaborate closely with our Performance Marketing Manager to discover, engage, and convert both warm and cold leads into scheduled discovery calls for the sales team.
• Execute outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns aimed at warm and cold prospect segments.
• Create and manage prospect lists utilizing tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar alternatives.
• Compose outbound email content and LinkedIn messages that are concise, pertinent, and tailored to each segment.
• Leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or equivalent) to enhance research, personalization, segmentation, and message preparation.
• Oversee and document outreach activities in HubSpot — including contacts, sequences, activity tracking, and pipeline reporting.
• Evaluate campaign performance (open rates, reply rates, meetings scheduled) and make adjustments based on the outcomes.
• Facilitate warm transitions to sales representatives, providing complete context on the prospect and their engagement history.
• Provide insights on effective messaging and targeting strategies to continually enhance our approach.
• Proficient hands-on experience with HubSpot, including CRM management, sequences, and pipeline reporting.
• Experience in cold outbound prospecting and list creation.
• Strong copywriting skills: ability to write short, straightforward, and relevant cold emails that feel personalized rather than templated.
• Hunter mentality: self-driven, resilient in the face of rejection, and motivated by the pursuit of new leads.
• Familiarity with AI tools: actively incorporate AI in your workflow for research, personalization, and content drafting.
• Data-oriented: capable of tracking important metrics, understanding fluctuations, and making necessary adjustments.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills: all outreach will be directed towards a US audience.
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative without a prescribed playbook.
• Availability in US Eastern Time: preferred hours are 9am to 5pm EST; at minimum, 7am to 3pm EST.
