• Generate opportunities through active and proactive prospecting.
• Collaborate directly with the sales and marketing teams to create opportunities with potential clients.
• Demonstrate and apply strong sales and influencing skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Over 2 years of experience in similar roles, including prospecting in the LATAM market.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Experience in SaaS companies, particularly with a focus on HR.
• Intermediate/advanced English proficiency.
