This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Create opportunities by engaging in proactive outbound prospecting.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop opportunities with potential clients.
• Exhibit and utilize strong sales and persuasive skills.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• More than 2 years of experience in comparable positions.
• Excellent communication and time management abilities.
• Background in SaaS companies with a focus on HR is preferred.
• Proficiency in Advanced English or Advanced Spanish, including reading, interpretation, writing, and speaking skills.
