This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Make a memorable and positive first impression of Donorbox for potential clients.
• Become well-versed in communicating our value proposition effectively.
• Develop and implement successful cold calling and email campaigns directed at new prospects.
• Collaborate with our account executive team to facilitate meetings, build a sales pipeline, and close deals.
• Identify new leads through online research and social media engagement, utilizing tools like LinkedIn Navigator, CauseIQ, nonprofit conferences, IRS database, and other lead generation methods.
• Oversee prospecting status, maintain data integrity, and manage forecasting within HubSpot.
• Identify champions and key stakeholders within target organizations.
• Achieve all key performance indicators and objectives on a weekly and monthly basis.
• You possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 0-2 years of experience in cold calling, door-to-door sales, or direct consultative sales.
• Familiarity with a CRM or sales enablement tools (Hubspot, Gong, etc.).
• High level of agency.
• Strong motivation to succeed and advance in your career.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Highly organized with the capacity to adapt to shifting priorities.
• Coachable and resilient in facing objections and setbacks.
• Outstanding listening skills coupled with the ability to synthesize information effectively.
