This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Proactively engage with potential students through WhatsApp and various social media platforms.
• Initiate contact, establish rapport, and guide them towards a diagnostic call.
• Assess the lead's daily habits, objectives, and challenges, and offer tailored solutions.
• Support the lead from the initial interaction until enrollment is completed.
• Record all interactions in the CRM system and ensure the sales pipeline is current.
• Adhere to a disciplined daily sales routine with a focus on achieving results.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in active sales, prospecting, or outbound activities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills — clear, personable, and direct.
• Ability to maintain consistent daily contact and follow-up routines with discipline.
• Must be comfortable working in a 100% commission-based, target-oriented environment.
• Access to a smartphone or computer along with a reliable internet connection.
• Previous experience in selling language courses, educational products, or items of high perceived value is advantageous.
• Flexible working hours.
• Comprehensive initial training provided, including recorded video resources.
• Access to a consultant hub containing scripts, objection handling techniques, pricing information, and support materials.
• Utilization of a structured CRM system for lead distribution.
• Performance monitoring with constructive feedback provided.
