This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Cultivate and oversee B2B customer relationships
• Drive the growth of online B2B sales and facilitate customer acquisition
• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads
• Assist in the customer onboarding process
• Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, logistics, accounting, and marketing
• Address customer inquiries related to orders, pricing, and invoices
• Track inventory and sales performance to ensure operational efficiency
• Contribute to the development of strong, lasting customer relationships
• Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, account management, or business development
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Proficient in outbound prospecting and lead generation
• Familiarity with KPIs or sales objectives
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail
• Capable of working effectively with diverse teams
• Strong professional English communication skills
• Experience with wholesale, retail, distribution, e-commerce, or reseller accounts is advantageous
• Background in supporting US-based customers or teams
• Knowledge of CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, or inventory/order management tools
• Experience in the food & beverage, consumer goods, distribution, or wholesale sectors
