Outbound Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Make outbound calls from various channels to promote the company's products.

• Offer approved vacation packages to customers via telephone.

• Clarify the specifics and sales conditions of vacation promotions.

• Assess guest eligibility to qualify for and acquire timeshare offers.

• Respond to all customer inquiries accurately and effectively.

• Arrange reservations and accommodations when customers secure vacation packages.

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

• Strong communication abilities and a customer-centric approach.

• A professional demeanor with a focus on sales.

• Experience in hospitality, sales, call centers, or marketing.

• Capability to navigate challenges and objections successfully.
