Outbound Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Make outbound calls to both potential and existing customers.

• Effectively present and promote products or services.

• Identify customer needs and provide customized solutions.

• Close sales and meet performance objectives.

• Keep comprehensive records of calls and customer interactions.

• Operate from home as a member of a virtual sales team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Previous experience in outbound sales or call centers is preferred.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

• Self-driven and focused on achieving results.

• Capability to work independently in a remote environment.

• A stable internet connection and a quiet workspace are necessary.

• Completion of all screening questions and a brief pre-employment test is required.

• Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.

• Willingness to undergo a Level II background and/or security investigation including fingerprinting is required.

• Consent to drug screening is needed; this does not apply in Canada.
