
Outbound Pre-Sales Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the daily functions of the Outbound Pre-Sales team, providing close support to Hunters and Lead Development Representatives (LDRs).
• Facilitate management routines, including one-on-ones, follow-up meetings, pipeline assessments, and action planning.
• Track performance KPIs, productivity metrics, conversion rates, lead quality, and execution cadence.
• Maintain high standards in prospecting processes, list creation, CRM utilization, and the transition of opportunities to the Sales team.
• Detect operational constraints and formulate straightforward, actionable plans to address them.
• Foster team development through constructive feedback, review of strategies, call evaluations, and hands-on training.
• Prioritize operational tasks and ensure the team focuses on the most impactful activities.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure alignment on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), opportunity standards, handoff criteria, and operational insights.
• Maintain transparent, objective, and data-centric communication with the team and collaborating areas.
• Promote discipline, consistency, and healthy accountability within the commercial routine.
• Proficiency in CRM and commercial management tools, ideally HubSpot.
• Familiarity with prospecting, cadence, and sales productivity tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Cortex.
• Experience in managing commercial metrics, the sales funnel, conversion rates, productivity, lead quality, cadences, and the transfer of opportunities to Sales.
• Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to build relationships and align expectations with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
