Outbound Patient Scheduling Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Make over 125 outbound calls each day

• Arrange preventative and follow-up healthcare appointments

• Inform patients about the significance of regular healthcare

• Establish trust and rapport with patients

• Professionally address objections while showing empathy

• Precisely document every interaction

• Achieve productivity, quality, and appointment conversion targets

• Safeguard confidential patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations

• Complete all phases of the hiring process: application form, prescreen questionnaire, video interview, live interview, and final interview

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)

• Experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, sales, or customer service

• Comfortable engaging with people throughout the day

• Ability to work towards measurable goals and KPIs

• Capable of multitasking across various systems

• Organized, dependable, and self-driven

• Demonstrates empathy and professionalism in communication

• Windows 11 PC (Mac systems are not supported)

• 16 GB RAM

• Dual monitor setup

• Webcam and headset required

• i5 processor or better

• Fibre internet with a wired connection (Ethernet cable)

• Backup power solution

• Microsoft Teams / Office 365

• Availability for work hours from Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM–7:00 PM EST, and Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
