This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Oversee the complete B2B cold email and LinkedIn campaign processes.
• Execute quality assurance and data management workflows.
• Lead a small operations team to conduct scalable outreach that generates qualified leads.
• Define, organize, and manage all operational tasks necessary for each client campaign, such as data workflows, messaging, setup, launch, and optimization.
• Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of a team of three.
• Track campaign progress, monitor deadlines, and ensure visibility across all ongoing projects.
• Evaluate campaign deliverables, which include lead lists, messaging strategies, technical setups, and outbound sequences.
• Perform quality assurance checks before campaigns are launched.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in data management, audience segmentation, data cleaning and validation, as well as campaign setup and execution.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, issues, and inconsistencies in real time, resolving them promptly.
• Effectively prioritize tasks based on urgency and business impact.
• Collaborate closely with strategy and technical teams to ensure alignment and consistency across campaigns.
• Document workflows and continually enhance operational processes and team efficiency.
• Demonstrated experience in managing projects, workflows, or operational teams.
• Previous experience in a marketing agency is mandatory.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as ClickUp and Slack is mandatory.
• Experience in fast-paced environments like agencies, startups, or operations-driven businesses.
• Ability to enforce standard operating procedures for manual data tasks (e.g., Apollo).
• Understanding of outbound marketing channels, particularly cold email and LinkedIn outreach, or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the capability to critically review work rather than merely delegating tasks.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure while managing multiple dynamic components.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Performance Bonus: Linked to client retention (e.g., a bonus tier for retaining 10 clients, another for 15 clients).
