• Implement outbound email campaigns utilizing pre-designed templates and curated contact lists
• Categorize campaigns by target demographics (developers, brokers, property owners, investors, etc.)
• Tailor messaging according to the recipient type while ensuring consistency
• Guarantee prompt and precise execution of campaigns
• Dispatch and oversee daily outreach emails
• Personalize messages where applicable
• Uphold a professional and polished communication style reflective of U.S. standards
• Monitor responses and organize follow-up actions
• Maintain and update CRM pipelines within HubSpot
• Document all outreach activities (emails, LinkedIn interactions, responses)
• Ensure contact records are clean, well-structured, and current
• Consistently add and organize new contacts
• Execute connection requests and follow-up messaging campaigns on LinkedIn
• Track outreach efforts and engagement levels
• Research and pinpoint qualified prospects: Real estate developers, Commercial brokers, Investors, Property owners, Engineers/design professionals
• Create and validate contact lists (email + LinkedIn)
• Add approximately 50–150 qualified contacts weekly
• 2–4+ years of experience in marketing support, lead generation, or outreach positions
• Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
• Familiarity with: Email marketing tools, LinkedIn outreach techniques
• Excellent written English with a professional U.S. tone
• Strong English communication skills (prioritizing clarity and proficiency over accent)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Capability to adhere to structured systems and achieve daily/weekly objectives
