Outbound Logistics Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Organize and schedule outbound freight shipments with carriers, ensuring all documentation is accurate and adheres to company standards.

• Arrange pickups, monitor shipments from the point of pickup to delivery, and oversee status updates in our TMS, proactively addressing any delays or issues with carriers and internal teams.

• Foster strong relationships with carriers, brokers, and 3PL partners while utilizing our TMS to track performance metrics (such as on-time pickup/delivery and issue resolution) to meet service expectations.

• Proactively detect and rectify shipping issues (including delays, routing challenges, and missing items) identified in our TMS, documenting any discrepancies as required.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including logistics, sales, customer service, and fulfillment partners, to ensure seamless coordination in outbound shipping operations.

• Keep precise and current records of all transportation activities, including shipment tracking, freight documentation, and communication logs.

• Analyze outbound shipment requests and autonomously carry out logistics tasks with minimal supervision.

• Implement inventory allocation directives by coordinating with FC teams and 3PL partners to accurately move and position inventory in a timely manner, aligned with demand plans.
