Outbound Insurance Sales Agent, Swedish, English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Reach out to current customers who have an outstanding loan balance.

• Present an insurance product tailored to cover remaining debts under specific policy conditions.

• Engage with existing B2C clients via phone, providing a clear and accurate explanation of the insurance offer.

• Assess each customer's unique situation and determine if the product aligns with their needs.

• Clearly outline the relevant benefits, costs, terms, and exclusions of the insurance product.

• Record conversations and outcomes in accordance with project specifications.

• Adhere to the relevant regulations regarding insurance distribution, customer consent, and data protection.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Swedish and possess a good command of English.

• Solid working knowledge of MS Office applications.

• Prior experience in outbound sales, banking, or insurance sectors.

• Possess the necessary qualifications to offer and arrange insurance for clients in the Swedish market.

• Ability to provide documentation of your training, experience, and any required registration or authorization for your role.

• A responsible and customer-oriented approach to sales.

• Confident and professional demeanor when communicating over the phone.

• Must have personal hardware: a laptop or PC with a monitor.

• Internet connection with a speed exceeding 50,000 Mbit/s.
