This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.

📋 Description

• Reach out to current B2C customers via phone.

• Clearly and effectively communicate the insurance offerings.

• Assess each customer's circumstances and determine if the product suits their needs.

• Detail the associated benefits, costs, terms, and exclusions.

• Record discussions and results in accordance with project guidelines.

• Adhere to relevant regulations concerning insurance distribution, customer consent, and data protection.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Swedish.

• Competent in English.

• Familiar with MS Office applications.

• Background in outbound sales, banking, or insurance preferred.

• Necessary qualifications to offer and arrange insurance for customers in the Swedish market.

• Capability to provide proof of training, experience, and any requisite registration or authorization for the position.

• Responsible and customer-oriented sales approach.

• Confident and professional demeanor on phone calls.

• Must possess a PC and/or laptop suitable for work purposes.

• Internet bandwidth requirements specified in the application form.
