This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.

📋 Description

• Reach out to current B2C clients via phone and clearly and accurately present the insurance offer.

• Assess each customer's unique situation and determine if the product aligns with their needs.

• Clarify the associated benefits, costs, terms, and exclusions.

• Record conversations and outcomes in accordance with project specifications.

• Adhere to all relevant regulations concerning insurance distribution, customer consent, and data protection.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Swedish and possess a good command of English.

• Solid understanding of MS Office applications.

• Prior experience in outbound sales, banking, or insurance sectors.

• Qualifications necessary to offer and arrange insurance for clients within the Swedish market.

• Capability to provide proof of your training, experience, and any necessary registration or authorization for your position.

• A responsible and customer-centric attitude towards sales.

• Confident and professional demeanor over the phone.

• Possess your own equipment: a laptop or PC with a monitor.

• Internet connection with a minimum bandwidth of 50.000 Mbit/s.
