Outbound Insurance Sales Agent, Norwegian, English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.

📋 Description

• Reach out to current B2C customers via phone

• Clearly and accurately present the insurance offerings

• Assess each customer’s circumstances and determine if the product aligns with their needs

• Clarify relevant benefits, costs, terms, and exclusions

• Record conversations and results in accordance with project specifications

• Adhere to relevant regulations regarding insurance distribution, customer consent, and data protection

• Contact customers with outstanding loan amounts to introduce insurance that covers remaining debt under specified policy conditions

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Norwegian

• Competent in English

• Strong familiarity with MS Office

• Background in outbound sales, banking, or insurance

• Necessary qualifications to offer and arrange insurance for clients in the Norwegian market

• Documentation of training, experience, and any required registration or authorization for the position

• A responsible and customer-oriented approach to sales

• Confident and professional demeanor on the phone

• Must have personal hardware: a laptop or PC with a monitor

• Internet speed of over 50.000 Mbit/s is a preferred application criterion
