Outbound Insurance Sales Agent, Finnish, English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Reach out to current B2C clients via telephone.

• Clearly and accurately communicate the insurance offerings.

• Assess each customer's circumstances and determine if the product aligns with their needs.

• Articulate relevant benefits, costs, terms, and exclusions.

• Record conversations and results in accordance with project specifications.

• Adhere to regulations regarding insurance distribution, customer consent, and data protection.

• Present insurance options aimed at covering an outstanding loan balance under specific policy conditions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Finnish.

• Competent working knowledge of English.

• Familiarity with MS Office applications.

• Background in outbound sales, banking, or insurance.

• Qualifications necessary to offer and arrange insurance for clients in the Finnish market.

• Proof of required training, experience, registration, or authorization.

• A responsible, customer-centric approach to sales.

• Confident and professional demeanor when communicating over the phone.

• Must possess a personal PC and/or laptop for work purposes.

• Internet bandwidth exceeding 50,000 Mbit/s is a prerequisite in the application requirements.

• Currently licensed to offer or arrange insurance for clients, through personal license or registration.
