Outbound Growth Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latvia.

📋 Description

• Define and continually enhance the company's Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) for the product matrix.

• Create and oversee target account lists utilizing ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and various other data sources.

• Develop and implement signal-based outbound initiatives aimed at companies currently assessing SAP projects.

• Recognize and track buying signals, integrating them into a personalized messaging strategy.

• Construct and refine multi-touch outbound email sequences.

• Oversee outbound infrastructure, including domains, inboxes, deliverability, and campaign performance.

• Ensure data quality, segmentation, enrichment, and synchronization with CRM systems.

• Formulate lead scoring and qualification workflows.

• Establish automated processes to direct engaged prospects to Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).

• Evaluate campaign performance and continuously enhance conversion rates across the sales funnel.

• Work collaboratively with Marketing, SDRs, and SAP subject matter experts to enhance messaging and targeting.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B outbound, demand generation, revenue operations, growth marketing, or sales operations.

• Practical experience with outbound campaign platforms such as Smartlead, Instantly, Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, or equivalent.

• Proficient in using HubSpot CRM.

• Familiarity with ZoomInfo or comparable B2B data platforms.

• Experience in developing account-based marketing (ABM) or account-based outbound initiatives.

• Knowledge of email deliverability, domain reputation, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and inbox management.

• Background in creating lead qualification and routing processes.

• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to make informed decisions based on funnel metrics and conversion data.

• Experience with Clay or similar enrichment and signal-monitoring tools.

• Background in selling or marketing enterprise software, ERP, SaaS, or consulting services.

• Understanding of the SAP ecosystem.

• Experience targeting C-level executives.
