Outbound Fulfillment Ops SME

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of WIS (Wrong Item Shipped) and WQS (Wrong Quantity Shipped) exceptions from start to finish by pinpointing root causes, implementing corrective measures, and minimizing recurring outbound fulfillment challenges over time.

• Track outbound accuracy metrics throughout the fulfillment network, recognizing patterns related to conveyor usage, scan overrides, zoning problems, and gaps in the fulfillment processes.

• Collaborate with FC Operations, Platform Services Account Managers, and Marketplace Operations teams to enhance shipping accuracy, compliance, and overall operational performance.

• Convert operational discoveries into well-structured, actionable tasks for FC Problem Solver teams, ensuring that issues are clearly defined and resolved effectively.

• Foster continuous process enhancement by identifying systemic fulfillment challenges, maintaining trend analyses and pattern libraries, and presenting recommendations that boost accuracy, throughput, and dwell time performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in fulfillment center, 3PL, or e-commerce operations with hands-on experience in outbound shipping, pick/pack, or order fulfillment processes.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct root cause investigations, capable of interpreting operational data and differentiating isolated incidents from systemic process issues.

• Advanced skills in Excel and experience utilizing Microsoft Power BI for operational reporting, trend analysis, and exception management.

• Knowledge of WMS and inventory management systems, including outbound routing, scan verification processes, zoning logic, and conveyor operations.

• Experience in handling operational escalations, effective cross-functional communication, and translating findings from the fulfillment center into actionable insights for leadership and client-facing teams.
