This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +6 more states.

• Oversee 150–200 outbound calls each day to assist customers with overdue loan payments

• Facilitate negotiations and implement payment arrangements in line with Enova’s call protocol

• Address customer inquiries and complex late-payment issues with professionalism and empathy

• Clarify the consequences of overdue payments and provide support for financial solutions

• Diligently document customer interactions, payment arrangements, and pertinent information in Enova’s database

• At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced debt collections environment

• Proven track record in managing outbound calls and achieving daily call-volume objectives

• Strong conflict resolution and communication skills

• Proficient in active listening and de-escalation strategies

• Excellent negotiation skills and a high degree of empathy for customers

• Effective self-management skills for remote work, including time management and adherence to schedules

• Ability to maintain focus, attention to detail, and multitask efficiently

• Quick, logical, and innovative problem-solving capabilities under pressure

• Familiarity with TCPA and other pertinent collection laws and regulations

• Must be eligible to work in the United States
