Outbound Cold Caller

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Conduct 120–150 outbound calls each day to short-term rental property owners in the US, Canada, and Mexico.

• Foster friendly and confident conversations with property owners, presenting the TV show opportunity and scheduling qualified casting calls.

• Oversee leads, monitor call activity, update records, and accurately schedule appointments using Close CRM.

• Regularly meet daily calling and booking goals, follow up with interested prospects, and ensure that confirmed appointments are attended.

• Spend approximately 90% of the time on calling and 10% on administrative tasks.

• Maintain a consistent daily dialing rhythm in Close and generate a steady stream of booked casting calls within the first 90 days.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional and natural spoken English skills.

• Demonstrated experience in high-volume cold calling (100+ dials per day), preferably targeting the US market.

• Resilient and positive phone demeanor suited for engaging with property owners in consumer-style conversations.

• Comfortable using a CRM dialer; familiarity with Close is a significant advantage.

• Ability to work US Eastern hours from a quiet home office with reliable internet and backup power.

• Preferred: background in hospitality, travel, real estate, or Airbnb hosting.
