Outbound Call Center Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Undergo comprehensive training

• Be assigned to one of four MDS teams making calls on behalf of a designated set of MDS clients

• Conduct calls for 4–8 different clients during an 8-hour workday using predictive dialing technology

• Achieve approximately 16–24 calls per hour, with an average pause of 20–30 seconds between calls

• Interact with donors and potential donors in a positive, engaging, and enthusiastic manner using client-approved scripts

• Obtain financial contributions from donors and prospective donors on behalf of clients

• Meet minimum fundraising and productivity standards

• At least 1 year of successful outbound telemarketing experience or a solid general employment history with long-term stability

• Reliable wired internet connection

• A quiet workspace at home, free from typical household distractions

• Basic computer proficiency

• A strong commitment and enthusiasm for charitable and non-profit initiatives
