Call Center Agent – Inside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Actively reach out to business clients via phone and engage in conversations

• Arrange qualified meetings for the field sales team

• Connect with potential new clients as well as existing ones

• Utilize professional call scripts and adhere to clearly defined target demographics

• Accurately document calls within the CRM system

• Maintain and update CRM data

• Assist with appointment scheduling and route planning for the field sales team

• Work collaboratively with the team in a digital environment

• Manage organizational tasks effectively

• Participate in around two weeks of onboarding in Hanover to learn the tasks, processes, and systems

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in spoken and written German

• Comfortable using standard office software, the internet, and various digital systems

• Ability to work independently and reliably from a home office

• Enjoy engaging in phone conversations and interacting with individuals

• Willingness to proactively reach out to business customers by phone, sometimes without prior contact

• Resilience in dealing with repeated rejections

• Availability for at least 30 hours per week

• Long-term capacity to work dependably and with focus from a home office

• Committed to completing approximately two weeks of onboarding in Hanover

• Relevant experience in call centers, inside sales, customer service, sales support, or appointment setting is highly valuable

• Experience in hospitality, healthcare, office management, administrative support, or other customer-focused roles is also applicable

• No previous outbound experience is necessary
