Outbound Call Center Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Undergo comprehensive training

• Be allocated to one of four MDS teams representing a specific set of clients

• Make calls for 4–8 different clients throughout an 8-hour workday utilizing predictive dialing technology

• Complete approximately 16–24 calls per hour, averaging 20–30 seconds between each call

• Engage with donors and potential donors in a positive, engaging, and enthusiastic manner using client-approved scripts

• Secure financial contributions from donors and prospective donors on behalf of clients

• Adhere to minimum fundraising and productivity standards

• At least 1 year of successful outbound telemarketing experience or a solid general employment history with long-term stability

• Reliable wired internet connection

• A quiet workspace at home free from typical household distractions

• Fundamental computer skills
