This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Conduct high-volume outbound activities including cold calls, targeted emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Create and enhance prospect lists utilizing ICP criteria, buying triggers, and research tools.
• Quickly research accounts and customize messaging for both Enterprise and SMB segments.
• Schedule qualified meetings for the Account Executive team; perform initial discovery and qualification, and address objections.
• Develop and customize outreach strategies based on business size, industry, and buyer persona to foster meaningful discussions.
• Ensure timely updates in Salesforce and maintain consistent follow-up.
• Collaborate with AEs, Marketing, and RevOps to enhance targeting, messaging, and outbound strategies.
• Efficiently manage both inbound and outbound leads—including those from trade shows, industry associations, and marketing initiatives—ensuring prompt qualification and advancement through the sales cycle.
• Participate in industry trade shows to engage prospects face-to-face and discover new leads.
• 1–2 years of experience as an outbound SDR/BDR (B2B experience preferred).
• Proficient in cold calling and cold emailing; confident in breaking into new accounts.
• Ability to conduct account research, identify buying roles, and personalize outreach effectively.
• Expertise in qualification, early discovery, and handling objections.
• Understanding of ICPs, buyer personas, outbound triggers, and pipeline management.
• Proficient in utilizing prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo, Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Google Alerts.
• Coachable, resilient, inquisitive, and highly organized.
