This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Make outbound calls to current customers utilizing approved scripts.
• Verify and refresh customer details in the CRM system.
• Assess customer requirements and introduce suitable Heart Saver products and services.
• Document call notes and results immediately after each interaction.
• Promote relevant or premium products and services to existing clientele.
• Spot opportunities for additional service engagement.
• Qualify leads and arrange follow-up meetings for Relationship Managers or the Sales Team.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer records in the cloud-based database.
• Reach out to new business prospects, primarily in the B2B sector.
• Maintain courteous and professional communication throughout all calls.
• Actively engage with the broader team.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in outbound sales, telesales, or lead generation.
• Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building capabilities.
• Confident and professional demeanor on the phone.
• Experience with CRM or cloud-based database systems.
• Demonstrated ability to adhere to structured scripts and call processes.
• Strong attention to detail for data entry and documentation of calls.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
• Experience dealing with B2B clients.
• Knowledge or background in health, safety, or compliance sectors.
• Experience in managing extensive databases (10,000+ records).
• Familiarity with business landscapes in New Zealand or Australia.
