This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Perform **high-volume outbound cold calls** to potential clients
• Identify and **qualify prospective leads and key decision-makers**
• Arrange meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects
• Implement **multi-channel outreach campaigns** involving:
• Cold calling
• LinkedIn prospecting
• Email marketing
• SMS outreach
• Research target accounts and tailor outreach strategies
• Consistently **achieve or surpass outreach and meeting targets**
• Keep precise records of outreach activities in the CRM
• Collaborate with the sales team to enhance messaging and conversion rates
• Continuously explore **innovative prospecting techniques**
• 1–3+ years of experience in **cold calling, SDR, lead generation, or outbound sales**
• Comfortable making **50–100+ outbound calls daily**
• Proactively **manage the pipeline, pitch, and guide prospects to signature** while owning the entire sales cycle in a dynamic startup environment
• Excellent communication and persuasion abilities
• Experience utilizing **LinkedIn for prospecting** purposes
• Familiarity with **email outreach tools and CRM systems**
• Highly resilient and adept at handling rejection
• Strong research capabilities to pinpoint the right prospects
• Self-driven and results-oriented
• Monthly salary: $800-$1000 USD
