This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Conduct a high volume of outbound cold calls to potential clients.
• Identify and assess potential leads and key decision-makers.
• Arrange meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
• Implement multi-channel outreach campaigns that include:
• Cold calling.
• LinkedIn prospecting.
• Email marketing.
• SMS outreach.
• Research target accounts and tailor outreach strategies accordingly.
• Consistently achieve or surpass outreach and meeting targets.
• Keep accurate records of outreach efforts in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the sales team to enhance messaging and conversion rates.
• Continuously explore innovative prospecting techniques.
• 1–3+ years of experience in cold calling, SDR, lead generation, or outbound sales.
• Comfortable making 50–100+ outbound calls daily.
• Proactively pipeline, pitch, and advance prospects to the signature stage while owning the complete sales cycle in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Experience in using LinkedIn for prospecting purposes.
• Familiarity with email outreach tools and CRM systems.
• Highly resilient and able to handle rejection effectively.
• Excellent research skills to identify suitable prospects.
• Self-motivated and driven by results.
• Monthly salary: $800-$1000 USD.
