This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Conduct a high volume of outbound cold calls to potential clients.
• Identify and qualify prospective leads as well as decision-makers.
• Arrange meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
• Implement multi-channel outreach campaigns that include:
• Cold calling
• Prospecting on LinkedIn
• Email marketing
• SMS outreach
• Research target accounts and tailor outreach strategies accordingly.
• Consistently achieve or surpass outreach and meeting targets.
• Maintain precise records of outreach efforts in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the sales team to enhance messaging and improve conversion rates.
• Continuously explore innovative prospecting methods.
• 1–3+ years of experience in cold calling, Sales Development Representative (SDR) roles, lead generation, or outbound sales.
• Comfortable making 50–100+ outbound calls each day.
• Proactively manage the pipeline, pitch, and drive prospects through to signature, owning the complete sales cycle in a dynamic startup setting.
• Strong communication and persuasive abilities.
• Experience utilizing LinkedIn for prospecting purposes.
• Familiarity with email outreach tools and CRM systems.
• Highly resilient and able to handle rejection effectively.
• Strong research capabilities to identify suitable prospects.
• Self-motivated and focused on achieving results.
