This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Take charge of the entire sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to closing deals.
• Develop and oversee a robust pipeline of new opportunities within target accounts in the EMEA region.
• Engage in prospecting via email, cold calls, LinkedIn, and various innovative outbound methods.
• Conduct thorough discovery, demonstration, and evaluation processes involving multiple stakeholders.
• Effectively convey Amplemarket’s value proposition to sales leaders, revenue teams, and executive decision-makers.
• Manage deal progression meticulously, including qualification, follow-ups, objection handling, and precise next steps.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to enhance messaging, outbound strategies, and territory execution.
• Ensure strong CRM practices, maintain forecasting accuracy, and uphold pipeline discipline.
• Provide market insights to refine positioning, processes, and product understanding.
• At least 3 years of experience as an Account Executive in the B2B SaaS sector.
• Proven track record of successfully closing new business and consistently meeting quota.
• Strong skills in outbound prospecting and comfort in generating your own leads.
• Experience managing full-cycle sales processes from discovery to closure.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Confidence in selling to various stakeholders, including managers, directors, VPs, and executives.
• High level of ownership, urgency, and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Curiosity, resilience, and a genuine interest in contemporary sales technology.
• Ability to work effectively across diverse EMEA markets and purchasing landscapes.
