This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Respond to inbound calls, messages, and emails from clients and healthcare professionals promptly, even outside regular UK business hours.
• Manage urgent shift bookings, cancellations, or amendments with precision and urgency.
• Coordinate and dispatch available healthcare personnel in accordance with client needs and staff availability.
• Accurately log all interactions, shift modifications, and incidents into the system (e.g., CRM, scheduling software).
• Escalate complex or critical issues to the designated on-call manager or internal team as necessary.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining composure in high-pressure situations.
• Adhere to Alpha24 Healthcare’s standard operating procedures and communication protocols consistently.
• Proven experience in customer service, dispatching, or staffing coordination, ideally within the healthcare or recruitment sectors.
• Strong spoken and written English communication abilities.
• Capability to work autonomously, make informed decisions, and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with CRM or scheduling software is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Technologically adept with reliable internet access and a quiet remote working environment.
• Availability to work during UK night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
