OSP Engineer III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete engineering process of intricate outside plant initiatives.

• Establish the technical guidelines for fiber and copper installations.

• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.

• Guarantee adherence to NESC, client specifications, and Pearce standards.

• Develop project budgets and forecasts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in OSP Engineering.

• Demonstrated leadership in delivering complex, multi-disciplinary OSP projects.

• Expertise in work order engineering design.

• Practical experience in field measurements.

• Comprehensive knowledge of NESC and client/industry OSP standards.

• Proven success in securing permits and managing ROW/easements.

• Experience in creating and monitoring job budgets, along with performing QA/QC.
