Forward Deployed Engineer, Advertising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with enterprise clients to identify their business objectives, operational hurdles, and priorities for AI transformation.

• Partner with sales teams throughout the customer journey, from initial discovery and demonstrations to final deployment and adoption.

• Facilitate technical discovery sessions, solution workshops, and executive-level presentations.

• Create effective AI-powered solutions that tackle genuine business issues.

• Convert customer requirements into scalable, production-ready architectural solutions.

• Develop customer-specific AI use cases, workflows, and business scenarios.

• Design, validate, and present proof of concepts, pilot programs, and ready-to-go production solutions.

• Configure, optimize, and operationalize AI solutions within client environments.

• Lead enterprise AI implementations from initial discovery through to deployment and operational integration.

• Organize technical workshops, implementation planning, onboarding, testing, and rollout processes.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to guarantee successful delivery and customer adoption.

• Translate customer business processes, data flows, and operational needs into AI-enabled workflows.

• Assist with data integrations, solution setups, and workflow enhancements.

• Identify opportunities to enhance business processes through AI, automation, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.

• Address technical issues, workflow obstacles, and challenges related to adoption.

• Guide customers from pilot projects to large-scale AI implementations.

• Balance technical limitations, business priorities, and customer goals to achieve measurable results.

• Contribute to reusable implementation frameworks, playbooks, best practices, and deployment strategies.

• Provide customer insights that shape product strategy and future AI solution development.

• Foster long-term customer success through ongoing improvement and knowledge sharing.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, AI Consulting, Enterprise Software, Digital Transformation, or comparable customer-facing technical positions.

• Demonstrated experience engaging directly with enterprise clients in complex technological settings.

• Strong capability to translate business challenges into scalable, deployed technology solutions.

• Proven experience leading discovery sessions, technical workshops, solution design, onboarding, and implementation initiatives.

• Practical experience in delivering customer deployments, proofs of concept, pilot programs, and production rollouts.

• Solid understanding of enterprise data ecosystems, customer data platforms, analytics platforms, identity resolution, audience intelligence, and current marketing technologies.

• Experience in business process analysis, workflow design, data mapping, and solution configuration.

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging both executive and technical stakeholders.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to excel in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while maintaining a strong sense of ownership.

• Proven experience in driving initiatives from concept to implementation and operational success.
