Orthodontic Sales Specialist – South Florida

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Directly selling orthodontic products such as brackets, aligners, bands, adhesives, arch wires, elastics, hand instruments, and other materials to orthodontists.

• Achieving an overall sales target.

• Cultivating relationships with orthodontists, their teams, and orthodontic residents.

• Collaborating with a team that includes inside sales, customer service, and accounts receivable personnel.

• Overseeing customer discounts, orders, receivables, and ensuring overall satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND five (5) years of experience in field sales within private, public, government, or military sectors OR a High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution AND nine (9) years of experience in field sales in similar environments.

• A current, valid driver's license is mandatory.

• Proficiency in computer applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and order entry software.

• Experience in the Oral Care industry.

• Proven track record in building customer relationships.

• Demonstrated strong work ethic, interpersonal skills, and a competitive background.

• Knowledge of time and territory management.

• Comfort with technical information and numerical data.

• Ability to present and teach in front of large audiences.

• Familiarity with the geographical layout of the field sales territory.
