
Origination Fulfillment Sales Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement focused sales strategies to enhance the adoption of credit, fulfillment, and secondary market solutions.
• Discover, connect, and grow relationships with mortgage lenders, brokerages, and institutional investors.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, which encompasses prospecting, qualification, proposal crafting, negotiation, and closing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to customize client solutions and value propositions.
• Establish and sustain a strong sales pipeline utilizing CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Represent Lenders One at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to boost brand visibility and cultivate new business opportunities.
• Remain informed about market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive factors that affect origination and secondary markets.
• Assess pipeline performance, sales metrics, and market conditions to uncover growth prospects and enhance strategy.
• Guide and mentor sales team members to meet individual and collective revenue targets.
• Promote consultative, value-driven selling that aligns with client business goals and operational efficiencies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Over 5 years of B2B sales experience within financial services, mortgage, credit, or similar sectors.
• Demonstrated success in surpassing sales objectives and fostering long-term client relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of credit reporting, borrower due diligence, mortgage origination, fulfillment processes, and secondary market or loan portfolio solutions.
• Experience in selling to mortgage brokers, lenders, credit unions, or institutional investors.
• Proficient in CRM platforms and digital sales tools.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Experience leading or collaborating with remote sales teams.
• A pre-existing network within the mortgage or alternative lending markets is highly desirable.
• Competitive base salary starting at $100,000+, with uncapped commission potential that could double annual income.
