Organizational Effectiveness Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee assessments of the current state and design future organizational structures, including operating models, in collaboration with Human Resources Business Partners and business leaders.

• Direct workforce planning initiatives for the client group and contribute to a strong global workforce-planning framework.

• Deliver quarterly updates on Key Performance Indicators and conduct in-depth analytics for root-cause analysis, storytelling, and informed decision-making.

• Identify chances to automate reporting dashboards, streamline processes, and enhance frameworks by leveraging internal insights and external best practices.

• Work collaboratively with and influence senior stakeholders, clearly communicate complex data and concepts, and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

• Be prepared for international travel approximately 15–20% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in organization design, strategic workforce planning, and Human Resources data analytics.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, extract actionable insights, and articulate complex ideas effectively to varied audiences.

• Strong skills in project management and organization.

• Keen attention to detail and a desire to understand the underlying reasons behind processes.

• Knowledge of the Workday platform and its functionalities is advantageous.

• Willingness to challenge existing practices.

• Availability for international travel; expected travel is around 15–20% of the time.

• Experience in management consulting within a large, global, and complex organization is preferred but not mandatory.

• Background in HR functions, such as HR business partnering, is preferred but not essential.
