Organizational Effectiveness Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Conduct assessments of the current state and design future states, including operating models and structures, in collaboration with Human Resources Business Partners and business leaders.

• Oversee the workforce planning process for your client group and assist in building a strong, global workforce planning discipline.

• Deliver quarterly updates on Key Performance Indicators and perform in-depth analytics to facilitate root-cause analysis, storytelling, and informed decision-making.

• Proactively identify chances to automate reporting dashboards, enhance processes, and refine frameworks using insights from internal experiences and external best practices.

• Work in partnership with senior stakeholders, effectively communicating complex data and concepts while managing confidential information with discretion.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in organizational design, strategic workforce planning, and Human Resources data and analytics.

• Proficient and fluent in both English and Spanish.

• Possess a valid VISA for travel to the US.

• Demonstrated capability to analyze data, generate actionable insights, and convey complex concepts clearly to varied audiences.

• Strong project management and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and a desire to understand the underlying reasons behind processes.

• Familiarity with the Workday platform and its functionalities, along with a willingness to challenge the status quo.

• Preferred, but not mandatory: Experience in management consulting within a large, global, and complex organization.

• Experience within the HR function, such as HR business partnering.
