This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Engaging in large-scale international business transformation initiatives for our clients, focusing on organizational transformations, digital transformations, ERP implementations, and Business Process Outsourcing.
• As an Organizational Change Manager, you will be a vital member of a broader project team, dedicated to delivering exceptional client outcomes through enhanced customer experiences.
• Utilize your change management expertise to support our clients and guide their stakeholders throughout the change process.
• You will be responsible for developing and executing change strategies and plans, conducting assessments for change impact and readiness, managing client stakeholders at all levels, planning and implementing communications, and organizing training programs.
• Collaborate with the Talent & Organization team to contribute to the advancement of our Organizational Transformation methodology and knowledge assets.
• Participate in proposal development and the enhancement of our service offerings within the realm of Organizational Transformation.
• A higher education degree, such as in Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Management, Communication, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3+ years of relevant and recent consulting or business experience.
• A solid foundation in Organizational Change Management, continuous improvement, design thinking, learning & development, and transformation experience.
• A proven track record of successfully delivering client engagements in the area of Organizational Transformation.
• Functional expertise in ERP systems (S/4Hana, SAP, Oracle), BPO/Outsourcing, Cloud technologies, or Salesforce Transformation.
• Self-motivated, proactive individuals with high energy and a driving personality.
• Willingness to travel and a strong command of English; additional language skills in German or French are highly preferred.
• Proficiency in French or German is desirable.
