This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Collaborate with clients to pinpoint business challenges, opportunities, and organizational requirements pertaining to transformation initiatives.
• Work in tandem with technical consultants and project teams to ensure alignment of business outcomes, adoption objectives, and solution strategies.
• Utilize structured organizational change management methodologies during client engagements.
• Evaluate organizational readiness, stakeholder impacts, and risks associated with adoption.
• Formulate and implement comprehensive change management strategies that foster successful project results.
• Mentor project teams, change champions, managers, and executive stakeholders throughout the change process.
• Oversee change management activities to achieve outcomes punctually, within scope, and in line with business objectives.
• Track, manage, and escalate project risks and issues when necessary.
• Assess and analyze the effectiveness of adoption and change management initiatives.
• Generate and maintain Organizational Change Management Charters, Stakeholder and Impact Assessments, Success Criteria and Gap Analyses, Communication Strategies and Plans, Training Strategies and Learning Plans, Change Reinforcement Strategies, Adoption Metrics and Success Measurements, as well as ROI, Satisfaction, and Effectiveness Assessments.
• At least 4 years of experience in organizational change management, transformation, or consulting.
• Proven experience in applying change management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Background in driving organizational adoption during business process or technology transformations.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs tailored to diverse audiences and learning styles.
• Outstanding verbal, written, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Proven capability to influence without direct authority.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and navigate through ambiguity.
• Experience working in remote and distributed environments.
• Travel of up to 20% may be required based on client and business needs.
