This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Create and enhance the global organic social media and community engagement strategy in alignment with brand, marketing, and business priorities, collaborating closely with the Global Digital Media Manager.
• Foster long-term audience growth, enhance engagement quality, improve retention, and promote advocacy across social ecosystems.
• Manage the organic content roadmap and oversee editorial direction across various social platforms.
• Direct the development of platform-specific, audience-focused content strategies that prioritize engagement and community involvement over vanity metrics.
• Lead the transition towards highly relatable and interest-driven content approaches when applicable.
• Ensure the brand maintains a relevant, authentic, and distinct presence across social channels and emerging digital communities.
• Monitor changing platform behaviors, creator trends, and audience dynamics to spot opportunities for increased cultural relevance.
• Supervise community engagement strategies and moderation frameworks to enhance customer relationships and build brand trust.
• Collaborate with the Social Listening and Community Insights Manager to convert audience sentiment and engagement trends into actionable insights.
• Spearhead organic-first experimentation across emerging social platforms, creator ecosystems, and community formats.
• Advocate for innovative methods in AI-driven content workflows, community management, and scalable content creation practices.
• Work alongside MarComms, Campaign, Product Marketing, Paid Social, and PR/Brand teams to integrate social storytelling and audience engagement strategies into cohesive marketing programs.
• Influence the direction of campaigns early in the planning stages to ensure readiness for social-first execution.
• Lead and mentor Organic Social Specialists, community resources, and interns.
• Contribute to capability development through coaching, training initiatives, and knowledge sharing across the wider social media function.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Over 8 years of experience in organic social media strategy and community management.
• Proven success in owning and scaling organic social channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
• Demonstrated ability to drive meaningful engagement (comments, shares, conversations, community participation)—beyond just follower growth.
• Experience in developing and executing global social content strategies and editorial roadmaps.
• Strong proficiency in translating complex or technical subjects into engaging, audience-centric social storytelling.
• Experience collaborating across functions with Brand, PR, Product Marketing, and Paid Media teams.
