This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the relationship with newly onboarded CRIO Site Partners, guiding them through the onboarding journey from contract execution to launch.

• Assess Partners against qualification criteria, ensuring they align with CRIO’s standards and are equipped to deliver value to CRIO clients.

• Ensure Partners are completely set up in the in-app Partner Directory with accurate, thorough, and engaging profiles.

• Inform Partners about program benefits, expectations, and best practices to enhance their participation in the CRIO ecosystem.

• Oversee the entire onboarding process and maintain precise records of Partner status and activities.

• Identify and address onboarding challenges independently while collaborating with internal teams as necessary.

• Lead the execution of Partner integration activities alongside technical support, which includes setting up sandbox environments, API provisioning, and communicating integration requirements and expectations.

• Act as a continuous resource for CRIO Partners, promptly responding to inquiries, requests, and issues in a professional manner.

• Maintain regular communication with Partners to evaluate satisfaction, collect feedback, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the relationship.

• Manage Partner engagement and notify the Associate Director of renewal risks or disengaged accounts.

• Foster collaboration with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to address Partner requests and resolve issues.

• Collaborate with Partners to create and implement co-marketing initiatives that enhance visibility and ROI, including email features, social media highlights, blog content, and webinar opportunities.

• Partner with the CRIO Marketing team to ensure that Partner content aligns with branding and is integrated into the overall CRIO marketing calendar.

• Evaluate co-marketing activities and outcomes, sharing results with Partners to illustrate program value.

• Encourage Partners to provide educational best practice content for CRIO clients.

• Play a crucial role in planning and executing CRIO’s annual user conference (CRIO Connect Conference), assisting with logistics, communications, and on-site coordination.

• Facilitate Partner involvement in the conference, including booth assignments, speaking opportunities, and sponsorship fulfillment.

• Coordinate pre- and post-conference communications, attendee engagement, and follow-up activities.

• Drive the identification and outreach to potential conference sponsors and participants.

• Attend industry events and conferences to network with CRIO clients, represent the Partner Program, and identify prospective new Partners.


⛳️ Requirements

• More than 1 year of experience in partner success, account management, customer success, community management, or a related field.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting and engaging with external stakeholders.

• Exceptional organizational and project management skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Technically proficient as a software user and platform administrator; able to quickly learn new tools and confidently guide Partners through software-based workflows without the need for engineering support.

• Capability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and deadlines.

• Collaborative and service-oriented; adept at building positive relationships both internally and externally.

• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Curiosity and eagerness to learn about the clinical research industry.

• Experience with CRM or project management tools is advantageous.

• Experience in the clinical research industry is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with CRIO, competing eClinical platforms, existing CRIO Partner companies (recruiting firms, site services vendors), or experience working at a clinical research site is a significant plus.

• Willingness to travel for industry events and the CRIO annual conference.
