Order Management Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Efficiently process all assigned orders without delay

• Address logistical challenges for each order to identify the best solutions

• Collaborate with Campus Managers, Clients, Vendors, and Decorators to coordinate order timelines

• Engage in projects and campaigns as needed

• Oversee logistics campaigns that involve both domestic and international vendors

• Optimize costs and enhance profit margins for orders

• Assist in delivering orders more swiftly than standard turnaround times

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-6 years of experience in Operations/Logistics

• Strong analytical and organizational abilities

• Capable of handling complex tasks within tight deadlines

• Able to make independent decisions without direct oversight

• Proficient in English

• Exceptional communication skills

• Keen attention to detail

• Results-oriented

• Proactive and enthusiastic about challenges

• Composed under pressure

• Open to adaptability

• Available to work either 10 AM–7 PM EST or 2 PM–11 PM EST
