Order Management Associate – Custom Apparel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Efficiently process all assigned orders in a timely manner

• Address logistical challenges for each order to identify optimal solutions

• Collaborate with Campus Managers, Clients, Vendors, and Decorators to coordinate order timelines

• Participate in projects and campaigns as necessary

• Manage logistics campaigns involving both overseas and domestic vendors

• Aim to reduce costs while enhancing profit margins for orders

• Accelerate order delivery whenever feasible

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-6 years of experience in Operations/Logistics

• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities

• Ability to handle complex tasks under tight deadlines

• Capable of making decisions independently

• Proficient in English

• Excellent communication skills

• Keen attention to detail

• Goal-oriented

• Proactive mindset

• Enthusiastic about tackling challenges

• Composed under pressure

• Adaptable to change

• Availability to work either 10 AM - 7 PM EST or 2 PM - 11 PM EST; specific shift times will be assigned upon hiring
