Order Fulfillment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Overseeing and managing the production processes for orders assigned to production partners, including additive manufacturing, machining, sheet metal laser cutting, press brake bending, and volume molding.

• Facilitating project coordination through effective communication with customers and production partners during the project's lifecycle.

• Assisting in the manufacturing process by monitoring timelines, organizing deliveries, and conducting quality control for the products.

• Providing technical assistance to production partners.

• Addressing issues and unique cases that arise with customers and manufacturers throughout the order fulfillment process.

• Managing the relevant project as the liaison between the production partner and the customer during the production phase.

• Tracking the logistics of work packages from production partners.

• Overseeing the processing of production orders and maintaining documentation within internal CRM and ERP systems.

• Communicating with the production partner for rework or remanufacturing of work packages that present quality concerns.

• Collaborating with the quality, logistics, and purchasing departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferably holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials and Metallurgical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

• Previous experience in customer success or order management.

• Proficient in English (minimum B2 level).

• Possesses strong communication skills, capable of maintaining business relationships with customers, production networks, and internal departments.
