Oracle Utilities Techno-Functional Developer, C2M/CC&B/MDM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive technical and functional architecture guidance for Oracle CCS, C2M, CC&B, MDM, and SGG.

• Convert functional business needs into detailed Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and Technical Design Documents (TDDs).

• Create custom algorithms, plug-in scripts, BPA scripts, service scripts, UI Maps, Zones, and Portals.

• Oversee daily and nightly batch processing operations, execution streams, and queue limits.

• Detect stuck or prolonged batch jobs, examine POSTROUT and application logs, initiate stream restarts, and address batch data issues.

• Configure and support Oracle modules encompassing Rating, Billing, Payments, Credit & Collections, Deposits, Start/Stop, Premise/Service Agreement management, and To-Do exception processing.

• Assist with MDM measurement data loading (IMD), VEE rule execution, Usage Subscription (US) processing, interval data aggregation, and SGG payload handling for smart meters.

• Develop and maintain REST/SOAP web services, inbound/outbound messages, and middleware connections between Oracle Utilities systems and enterprise applications.

• Examine production incidents in ServiceNow/Jira while adhering to strict SLA targets.

• Conduct root-cause analysis, implement code fixes or SQL data scripts, test in non-production environments (SIT/UAT), and prepare CAB change packages.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience for Mid Level and 8+ years for Senior Level in both technical and functional roles involving Oracle CC&B, C2M, CCS, and MDM.

• Proficiency in batch processing, including daily batch monitoring, job execution, thread management, error log analysis, and batch optimization.

• Knowledge of Java SE, Groovy scripting, SQL, PL/SQL, XML, XPath/XQuery, and OUAF Configuration Tools.

• Experience in drafting FDDs/TDDs and conducting unit testing, SIT, UAT, and hyper-care stabilization support.

• Understanding of the Meter-to-Cash (M2C) lifecycle and MDM VEE/usage calculation engines.

• Background in Agile/Scrum methodologies utilizing Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow.
